Abstract
The aim of the project is to connect 35,000 poor households in the area along the Caribbean coast to natural gas services for cooking purposes. Project is expected to increment the welfare of the target population as a result of access to natural gas and reduce the energy bill as consequence of the substitution of more expensive energy sources.
