Website and mobile application accessibility statement
Fondazione AEM is committed to making its websites accessible, in compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004.
This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.wame2030.org/
Partially compliant
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the non-compliance cases listed below.
The content is not accessible for the following reason: non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004.
Technical checks have identified the following non-accessible content for which people with disabilities may encounter difficulties:
Some non-textual content presented to the user does not have a text alternative.
Difficulty in perceiving and understanding informational content and its correlations due to inconsistent formatting.
Information is not always presented in a sequence corresponding to reading order, negatively impacting assistive technology.
Some information is transmitted exclusively through color, making it inaccessible to users with visual impairments.
Lack of adequate contrast or the ability to increase font size (200% zoom) without losing or hindering the visibility of some textual content.
On some pages, content does not adapt correctly when using zoom.
Some images contain text images instead of actual text, preventing some users from reading it.
Difficult to navigate some pages with 200%-400% zoom due to elements that do not adapt to the layout when enlarged (not responsive). Some page sections may become partially invisible or may require scrolling.
The contrast between text and background color does not always have a sufficient ratio.
Content may not adapt to user-defined text settings.
When keyboard focus can be moved to a page component via keyboard interface, it cannot be removed from that component using only the same interface, and the user is not informed about the method to move focus.
In some animated components, the user does not have the ability to stop or pause.
A mechanism to skip blocks of content that repeat on multiple web pages is not always available.
The document/page title does not describe the topic or purpose of the document/page in a way that helps facilitate navigation.
Some elements do not receive focus in an order that preserves meaning and operability.
Some hyperlinks lack descriptions, making specific interactions difficult for users who rely on assistive technologies.
The focus indicator is not visible on some elements in the keyboard-accessible user interface.
The language used is not correctly identified.
There are parts of the document/page in different languages that are not marked so that the language can be identified through assistive technology.
Labels or instructions are not always provided when content requires user input.
Navigation with assistive technologies may be limited due to components that are not detectable or usable.
This statement was prepared on December 9, 2025.
