Abstract
E.ON supported the "Verapaz " project developed by Energía Sin Fronteras NGO which gave renewable and sustainable energy access to community buildings in 12 indigenous settlement in the jungle of Guatemala, in the area of Alta Verapaz without electricity access. Through this project, E.ON installed photovoltaic systems at 75 community centers (health centers, schools, churches) and also promoted the rational use of energy within the community contributing to its development.
