Sustainable Energy Transitions Initiative (SETI) virtual workshop, June 17 – 19, 2021

The workshop will be co-hosted by NENRE-EfD Chile at the University of Concepción and by Duke University.

This year's conference will include both policy and research sessions, where researchers, policymakers, and practitioners will meet to discuss the current issues related to energy access, climate policy, and economic development in the Global South. The policy sessions to be handled are:

  1. Inclusive decarbonization in low- and middle-income countries.
  2. Air pollution and energy transition in Chile: recent past and future perspectives.
  3. Gender equality in the energy access policy.

Additionally, parallel research sessions will be handled including topics like energy access and demand, grid and off-grid electricitycookingclimate policyair pollutiongender, and more! The schedule of the workshop and the registration form will be shared very soon.
