Abstract
The proposed action involves setting up a company in Gabú to provide solar electricity to the rural, off-grid local population. The specific objective of the action is that, 4 years after the start of the action, about 3,000 households and enterprises (approximately 27,300 people reached) will be using completely installed solar home systems (SHS), on a sustainable fee-for-service basis allowing them to have a clean source of lighting and to use mobile phones, televisions and radios.
