The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Alliance for Rural Electrification (ARE) co-organise the 2nd International Off-grid Renewable Energy Conference and Exhibition (IOREC) in Manila, Philippines, on the 16-17 of June 2014.
IOREC is a very important event that promotes a dialogue between stakeholders from the public and private sector engaged in off-grid renewable energy deployment, to extend electricity access in rural and peri-urban areas.
WAME will be presented to participants, to invite them to contribute to its objective: discussing the issue and the solutions, sharing experiences and lessons learnt to contribute to the common goal of reaching access to energy for all by 2030.
